POLICIES:
The simple fact to place any order through devil exhaust America Inc. or devil-exhaust.com web site by any means is subject to the policies stated in this legal notice and entail implicitly the complete acceptation of these terms by the buyer . These policies are subject to change from time to time without notice by updating or revising this legal notice. You are responsible for reviewing the devil-exhaust.com site for any modifications to these terms and conditions that may affect your rights or obligations. . Any access or use after changes to these terms and conditions will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. We reserve the right to change a price without notice based on supply. We are not responsible for clerical, printing and/or web publishing errors. Please call for current, accurate pricing.

GOODS:
We reserve the right to change specifications, fitting instructions , warranty terms product descriptions, product quality, pricing and application at any time without notice and without further obligation.

PRICES:
All prices are subject to change without notice

ORDERS:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from time of receipt confirmation.

BACK ORDERS:
We will take your back order and then call or email you as soon as the product is available. we do not guarantee any shipping estimates. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
All special orders are shipped prepaid only and cannot be returned and cannot be cancelled

DELIVERY MODALITIES:
All shipping and handling charges calculated on the site are an estimated cost. We reserve the right to notify you of any additional fees due to cover the actual shipping expenses plus a nominal packing charge if applicable.
All product is carefully picked, packed, inspected and in good condition when shipped. Responsibility for the product becomes the customer’s when product is transferred to a common carrier. All shipments must be inspected upon receipt. All claims for damages and shortages are to be made with the carrier.
The fee charged for refused shipments is $25.00 or 25% restocking, whichever is greater, plus applicable freight charges. Payment is to be made in full immediately.

MODIFICATION / CANCELLATIONS:
Special ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled or modified. Cancellation of standard item orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. Devil exhaust America Inc. cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.

RETURNS & CLAIMS:
There is no return for special orders, any racing products or any KS filter cannot be returned. Any requests for the return of goods purchased from Devil exhaust America Inc. must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Prior to any return shipment, contact Devil exhaust America Inc. for a written return authorization. Returned goods must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging. If the merchandise has been installed on the vehicle, then you have bought it and it cannot be returned. Merchandise can only be returned to Devil exhaust America Inc. by the party that originally purchased it from Devil exhaust America Inc.. All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge plus the original cost to ship the goods the first time.
Refunds will only be for credit towards future purchases- no cash refunds. Shipping charges are not refundable. All shipping charges that apply to the return or exchange of merchandise must be paid by the customer, and you will be charged for re-shipment on exchanges. Devil exhaust America Inc. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment. It is recommended to insure the return package.
All return not conform to the above conditions or received damaged will be refused by Devil exhaust America Inc. without any compensation.

FREIGHT CLAIMS:
All merchandise is packed so that if will arrive in good condition. All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by a bill of lading and invoice.

WARRANTY:
All Devil exhaust America Inc. exhaust systems carry a limited one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials excepted racing exhausts and racing parts.

Abuse, misuse, improper installation and modifications void any warranty
No proof of purchase at the time of warranty claim: claimant must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) and a written return authorization number send by Devil exhaust America Inc.
Warranty does not cover finishes due to rust, inclement weather conditions, exposure to salt, and or exposure to chemicals. Material discoloration is not covered under any circumstance .Damages due to excessively burned packing, loose bolts, improper care and/or any lack of maintenance by the customer, are not covered.

EXTENT OF WARRANTY:
All warranty claims properly returned to Devil exhaust America Inc. will be repaired or replaced by Devil exhaust America Inc.. Devil exhaust America Inc. is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is Devil exhaust America Inc. responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of merchandise purchased from Devil exhaust America Inc.. Any merchandise returned to Devil exhaust America Inc. must be sent at the customer’s expense with the proof of purchase along with the return written authorization from Devil exhaust America Inc.. Devil exhaust America Inc. reserves the right to determine whether the terms of warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed, this warranty is void. Devil exhaust America Inc. is the sole arbiter of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications. Should any of these be found, this warranty is void. The duration of any and all implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warrant. All incidental or consequential damages are hereby excluded.

LIABILITY:
The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased from Devil exhaust America Inc. by the customer hereby shall release Devil exhaust America Inc. from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any alteration or modification to any vehicle may increase the risk of injury, accident or death, and may also render the vehicle illegal for use.

TRADEMARKS:
Devil exhaust America Inc. s rights in the patents, trademarks, trade names, pictures , logos are valuable assets of Devil exhaust America Inc., and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Devil exhaust America Inc.. Accordingly, no individual shall have the right to use the Devil exhaust America Inc. Marks in any manner whatsoever without the express prior written consent of Devil exhaust America Inc.. Any and all advertising by dealers related to Devil exhaust America Inc.’s products or utilizing the Devil exhaust America Inc. marks must be approved in writing prior to the commencement of the promotion.
