We receive thousands of emails every year with many of them asking the same questions over and over again. We've pooled our frequently asked questions for you to review and help solve your problem or just answer your question.
This is probably one of the most asked questions. The name DEVIL was not chosen for a marketing reason, and the founding members of the company in the 60's were not Satanic in any sense. The creator of the company, M Paul DEVILLE, (very French name) chose the DEVIL name because it was a simple reduction of his family name. He was also totally aware of the "provocation" such a name would create in English speaking countries. Through the years the company logo was appropriately enough, a devil, but the image has disappeared since its introduction. Today the last reminder of this initial joke is the red dot over the letter "I" in DEVIL.
Our website serves a big detailed brochure, informing the customer of all DEVIL products and also acts as a shop for making inquiries about and purchasing the products. First chose the category of your vehicle; road bike, dirt bike MX, ATV or Enduro, and then use the selected areas for the brand, model and year, finding the perfect DEVIL exhaust system for your bike. If your motorcycle model is not mentioned, we do not currently build material for that bike. If you have any specific questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.
It's a very frequent question we receive from our customers. The answer is, YES the sound of your vehicle really will be modified with a Devil exhaust system and will provide you a hoarser, deeper and more race-like sound. As we say, it's the deep tone of the DEVIL!
Depending on the exhaust model you choose, the loudness of each individual modified vehicle can be very different, as it is subjective when evaluating how "loud" a bike becomes. Currently, DEVIL EXHAUST AMERICA INC. ships strictly to the continental 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii. Packages will be delivered door to door in the 3 next working days if you choose FEDEX air plane shipment with an additional cost. Packages will be delivered door to door in the 5 next working days with our standard UPS truck shipment.
Shipments to all the South American countries and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) are unavailable through our www.devil-exhaust.com web shop. For theses demands please contact directly our Sales Team at sales@devil-exhaust.com
In order to make purchases at DEVIL EXHAUST AMERICA INC., you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States.
For your security, we do not ship to hotels. Also at this time, DEVIL EXHAUST AMERICA INC. does not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The first thing to do when receiving your package is to check the entire aspect of the parcel and open it. In case of any doubt because of apparent damages, immediately indicate concerns to the delivery man., if possible. For the best delivery security, signature of the person who placed the order is required upon delivery. We recommend our customers to open the parcel and check the entire integrity of the material while in the presence of the UPS or FEDEX delivery man, enabling the validation to express potential concerns reported upon delivery.
Without concerns clearly mentioned upon delivery, DEVIL EXHAUST AMERICA INC. cannot accept later claims concerning eventual transport damages or missing parts inside the parcel. Of course our customer care service and Sales Team will do its best to find solution to care individually for each customer's case in the shortest time possible.
